Booking an Appointment
If you wish to book a routine appointment or you have a problem and need to be seen on the same day, please click ‘submit a new request’ below and complete our triage form. Please indicate on the form whether you need to be seen the same day or if the problem is routine and can wait for the next routine appointment.
Your form will be viewed by our team who will contact you either by sending a booking link by text to arrange a telephone consult or a face to face appointment. Once your form is submitted there is no need to contact the surgery as we will contact you as soon as possible.
For non-urgent routine appointments, i.e. smear tests, medication reviews, including HRT and contraceptive pill checks, pre travel appointments, free NHS health checks for patients 40-74 years old, long term condition reviews, blood test monitoring, all vaccinations and 6 week post natal checks, please also follow the link below and then select ‘I have a routine care request.’ Our team will review your request and either send a booking link to you via text or contact you by telephone to arrange an appointment.
Pharmacy First
Please see below the 7 common conditions which a local pharmacist will be able to help you with and can supply a prescription for medicines without the need to visit a GP.
Every pharmacist trains for 5 years in the use of medicines and managing minor illnesses, so they are well equipped to provide health and wellbeing advice to help people stay well. They are also experienced in spotting warning signs, otherwise known as red flag symptoms, which may warrant a referral to another healthcare provider.
After a consultation with the pharmacist, the pharmacy will send a notification to the patient’s GP on the same day or on the following working day.
